A patio heater can benefit your outdoor space
Even though summer is over it’s still very nice to sit outside in the garden or on patios, terraces and balconies. Rugs, jumpers and a patio heater help to take off any slight coolness or deeper chill. If you’ve got an outdoor space take as much advantage of it as you can!
Enjoy your outdoor space all year round
Even for autumn-deniers there are clear signs that summer is over. The weather has changed (although many of us are still hoping for an Indian summer). The leaves are starting to change colour – there are some wonderfully rich red and orange cherries and horse chestnuts about already. The new school term has started everywhere and most colleges and university students are also back. We’ve passed the autumn equinox on 22nd September (when the length of day and night are the same). And the weather forecasters started talking about autumn on 1st September.

Does this mean that it’s time to stop enjoying sitting outside? Not at all! Put on a warm jumper and even a hat, bundle up in a rug and perhaps turn on a patio heater. Even when it’s quite chilly a patio heater will warm up the air.
A patio heater makes an outside space look like it means business
There are a number of different styles of patio heater but they all look as though they mean business.
The mushroom-shaped patio heater’s burner is fuelled by butane or another gas and directs the flames against a perforated metal screen. This radiates heat around the appliance and a silvered reflector on the top of the burner reflects heat that would be otherwise lost upwards. Other styles direct the flame to swirl through an inner tube. Mesmerising. Is this your style?
