We will then review the information you have sent across and provide you with a decision. Please note the following conditions must be met:

The product on the competitors website has to be identical to the product on our site

The alternative item is currently in stock with the competitor and available for delivery

The price is the normal price for the item and is not on a special offer/sale

The item is brand new

There is no discount code applied to the item

The promise only applies to goods sold online from retailers in the UK

The price is inclusive of VAT and any additional charges i.e. delivery

The competitors website is not a price comparison or auction site, such as eBay

We can verify the price match before you buy, or you have 7 days after your order to send a price match claim
