You’ll enjoy a fantastic and free delivery service when you order with us. We will organise to get the order to you at a time and day to suit you. On some orders, we will unpack and move your furniture to the room of your choice and even take away the packaging as well.

We want you to be happy with your product order and for you to come back and buy more furniture from us. That's why we have made the returns & refunds option as easy as possible. If you don't like it, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (just pay delivery costs). Once we have received the goods back, we will refund you. We will even help you returning the product if you have any problems.

All our packaging has gone through some rigorous testing to ensure it arrives in perfect condition with you. When you receive your order, it is important that you inspect upon delivery, as you'll be asked by the courier to sign for your order. If you're not happy at this stage, please let the delivery driver know or comment this on the form and contact us immediately to help you.

If you discover a fault after the courier has gone, don't worry, just contact is as soon as possible and one of the team will be able to help and advise on the next steps.
